Victory Casino Cruises is pleased to announce the promotion of Stephanie Hackley, to Vice-President of Sales for the company. Since it’s launch in July, Victory’s ridership has steadily increased due to her insightful leadership and dedication. VCC acknowledges Ms. Hackley’s efforts in developing their direct marketing program, key account sales, new market penetration, team building and management. Her skills have been crucial to developing training collateral, market research and analytics.

With more than 15 years of experience as an outside sales professional, she has a proven record of accomplishment in planning and leading comprehensive marketing/sales strategies in support of business goals and objectives.

Ms. Hackley attended the University of Cincinnati, and is a veteran of the United States Air Force, including a tour during Desert Storm.

After stints with General Electric (GE Polymershapes) and Curbell Plastics as the Territory Manager Engineering Sales, Ms. Hackley relocated to Tampa, FL where she was the National Sales Manager for Lakeland Industries.

From 2007 – 2010, Ms. Hackley led and directed a $55 million territory with Avis Budget Car & Truck.

Today, she has successfully led the sales team at Victory Casino Cruises in establishing bus routes (line runs) as well as group sales. Victory is counting on her experience to produce great strides in making Victory one of the most popular entertainment venues in Florida.
