Come out on Saturday, April 18th on the PM cruise to see The Accuzed – a central Florida-based variety cover band that will play live in Big Norm’s Club V. They will play your favorites from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s and today!
Rachel Stump: Lead Vocal/Harmony
Rachel Stump was born in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Her father, life time musician and avid acapella singer, trained Rachel to hear and sing harmonies from the early age of 4. She began her musical career singing and dancing in musical theater. She also competed in and won 12 National Vocal competitions.
Bryan Athan: Lead/Rhythm Guitar
Bryan was born… then shortly thereafter he picked up a guitar and it has been all downhill ever since. His rap sheet includes touring Europe for over two years in the 1970’s as guitarist for the U.S. Army 3rd Armored Division Band. Many of his most serious infractions during his life of musical rampage were centered on writing original material, but some of his most heinous crimes actually involved impersonating a very dangerously silly fellow named Alex Lifeson in a roving national performing act known as “2112 – a tribute to RUSH” during the 1990’s.
John Savage Kingan: Keys/Vocals
John was raised in the small town of Springhill, Nova Scotia, Canada, to parents that both played piano (Dad preferred Big Band and Mom Musical Show tunes). So it’s no surprise that his ability came naturally, and his style, diverse. At age six his piano teacher informed Mom, “because he is Left Handed, John will never be a professional player”. Hmmm!
Richie DiStefano/ Drums, Vocals
Since that time, Richie has performed all over the East Coast with a band he founded called Diablo Canyon that consisted of some very dear friends and outstanding musicians. They opened for such acts as, Marshall Tucker, Molly Hatchet, 38 Special, Mickey Thomas, Edgar Winter, Diamond Rio, Aaron Tippon, The Southern Rock Allstars, Pat Travers, Brooks and Dunn, Gary Allen, Leon Russel, Trick Pony and more …..
Jim Kinler: Bass Guitar, Vocals
Jim started playing at age 12 and aspired to be a songwriter, after playing in high school rock bands, in his senoir year he became half of the accoustic duo Little Tree, an all original group that was signed to national management by Southern Artist productions.
