Hello Everyone,

It was a wild and crazy weather night last night. Had some strong squalls passing through about 11pm. These squalls had some very heavy rain with them.

The ship faired just fine.  The Captain simple “hove to” into the wind and waited it out. The visibility was low so we posted extra lookouts and communicated with all other ship traffic that was moving at this time.   Fortunately these weather events are fairly short lived.

Things have blown over now. It is a peaceful and calm morning. Winds are light from the Southwest at 5-10 kts.

The entire forecast through Thursday pm is for light and variable winds 5-10 kts.

Not much to report….will be a very nice week with light winds and small waves…..

Come sail with us!

Capt Tim
