The blustery winds you see outside your window right now are very short lived. The winds are north today and the waves in Captains cove are only 3 feet right now read from the weather buoy at 0700. The winds will drop quickly today and tonight and Saturday and Sunday will be good days for weather!
Today winds will be from the North at 25 kts. We will operate in Captain’s Cove where the waves will be about 3 feet. There will be some motion on the turns but the ride will be good.
The winds will drop quickly and by Saturday morning the winds will be East at 10-15.The waves will be 2/3 ft and the ride will be good.
Saturday night the winds will remain East at about 10-15 and the waves will be 3 feet. The ride will be good.
Sunday the winds will swing to the Southeast at 10-15 and the waves will be about 3ft. the ride will be good.
Sunday night the winds will veer to the West at 15-20 kts. They will be blowing directly off the beach so the waves will diminish to 2-3 feet.
Monday the winds will be West and Northwest and become gusty again. Winds will still be blowing off the beach so the waves will only be 2-3 feet and the ride will be good.
