This week will start out with Southeast winds. The seas will average 3-5 feet all week and the ride will be good. We will have some strong West and Northwest winds later in week but the seas will not build because the winds will be off beach and protected by the Cape. At this moment the seas are 2.6 feet at the 3-mile buoy.
today the winds will be Southeast at 10-15kts. The seas will be 3-4 feet and the ride will be good.

Monday night the winds will be South at 15-20kts. The seas will be 3-5 feet and the ride will be good with motion on the turns.
Tuesday the winds will be Southwest at 20kts. The seas will be 3-5feet and the ride will be good. Tuesday night the winds will be West at 15-20kts and the seas will be 2-3 feet. The ride will be good.
Wednesday the winds will swing to the Northwest at 20kts. The seas will be 3-5 feet. The ride will be good. Wednesday night the winds will be Northwest at 20-25kts. The seas will be 3-5 feet and the ride will be good with some motion on the turns.
Thursday the winds will subside and be Northwest at 15-20kts. The seas will be 3-4 feet and the ride will be good. Thursday night the winds will be North 10-15kts. The seas will be 2-3 feet and the ride will be good.
Friday the winds will be Northeast at 10-15kts. The seas will be 2-3 feet. and the ride will be good.
