Today the winds will be Southwest at 10-15 and the seas will be 3-4 feet.  The wave height at the 3-mile NOAA buoy as I write is 3.6 feet. This has been improving from 5 feet since yesterday.  On Sunday it will continue to improve with the wind shifting to the Northwest at 15-20. The waves will be 2/3 feet and the ride will be good. Monday the winds will drop to 5-10 from the North and the seas will be 2 feet.
