It is a beautiful cool and breezy morning here at Port Canaveral. We have had another good week with the weather. The winds were light to moderate and the seas stayed at 2-3 feet.
The forecast is calling for another good weekend. Today the winds are going to be 10-15 from the North. This again is the ideal forecast for Captains Cove. We are totally protected from the North winds so we will spend the day there.
Tonight the winds will come briefly to the Northeast. Seas will only build to 3 feet so the ride will be good with some motion on turns.
Saturday the forecast has the Northeast winds dropping to 5 kts…..the seas will be 1 foot. Saturday Night will be perfect weather. The motion on the vessel will be near “0”.
Sunday it is back to Captain’s Cove….the winds will again come to the North…but only 10-15 kts.
