Tuesday’s cruises were typical Florida spring weather.  Light winds and 1-2 ft waves…all made for a great ride and a enjoyable cruises.

Today will be more for the same weather pattern…I am on the bridge looking out to the jetties and the Atlantic beyond….she is glassy calm and peaceful…Mother nature at rest…..lets not disturb her today and have 2 more great cruises….come join us.  The winds will be light….waves 1-2 ft….and warm sunshine….

Another Victory Morning….how do we prepare to provide the best Day-cruise in Florida??…..It is peaceful on board until about 7:30 AM.  The troops (our crew) and the trucks start arriving….yesterday….0730 the beer truck and the fuel truck fighting for first position……got them stacked up…..30 kegs and 5,000 gals of fuel coming on board…..Food truck waiting in line….sounds easy right….but now there is a crane on the pier to pull off our latest Life Raft that requires its annual re-certification…so the beer and the fuel truck are blocked in and they are not happy…..and what…Security is calling me on the radio….USCG Inspectors are here for a visit and to observe the Evacuation
Slide demonstration…..ahhh yes…. the day has begun…..gotta love this job….
